Russell E. Serdynski, 45, of Waukesha, died Tuesday, August 14, 2007. He collapsed while working at Waukesha Engine and was taken to Waukesha Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was born on January 12, 1962 in Milwaukee to Eugene and Charmagne (nee: Kraye) Serdynski. He had worked at Waukesha Engine for 10 years and was a proud union member of the I.A.M Local #1077. He enjoyed all kinds of racing, especially the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing and ice fishing. He will be missed by his parents Gene and Charmagne of Mukwonago, his grandmother Irene Serdynski of Mukwonago, brother Randall Serdynski of Waukesha and nephew Jake Serdynski of Waukesha. His girlfriend Nancy Lepkowski of Waukesha and her children, whom he thought of as his own, Nicolas Postotnik of Waukesha and Crystal (William) Bailey of Casco, WI, special granddaughter Savannah Bailey of Casco. He is further survived by his brothers of the I.A.M., aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 22, from 4:00 PM until the 7:00 PM memorial service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
