Ronald "Ron" R. Sennott

Ronald "Ron" R. Sennott, aged 82, of Waukesha, passed away on June 3, 2025, at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. He was born on February 17, 1943, in Burlington, Wisconsin, to Richard and Loraine (nee Zabler) Sennott.

Ron honorably served his country in the United States Army. He, alongside his wife Patricia "Pat," established Sennott Contractors Inc, creating a legacy of dedication and hard work. Their sons, Alexander “Alex” and Nicholas “Nick” are proudly continuing the family business. Ron loved many indoor and outdoor sports and was an avid fisherman on the water and ice. Hunting, trap shooting, golf, bowling, and pool were also major pastimes. When outdoors, Ron enjoyed the tranquility and joy of nature. He was a very dedicated Packers fan who felt that every Packer loss was “the refs’ fault.”

He is survived by his devoted wife, Pat Sennott, and two sons, Alex Sennott (Jennifer Jessup) and Nick Sennott, and grandchildren, Brady and Brooke Sennott. Ron's family extends to his former spouse, Diana Schiller, and their children, Cindy Kresken (Joel) and Tyson Sennott, and grandchildren, Kyle Kresken (Lexis), Cole Kresken (Ali), Caleb Kresken (Sydney), Tristin Kresken, Cassandra Sennott (Jessie), and Abigail Sennott (Payton), and great-grandchildren Naomi and Ellie. Additionally, he is survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his sister, Suzanne Muellenbach, brother-in-law, Erwin "Bud", and infant son, Ronald.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 27, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at7:00 p.m. all at St. William Catholic Church, located at 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Interment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.

Our family would like to thank Dr. Cory Ganshert and Dr. Kurt Hu from the Clement Zablocki VA Medical Clinics for their dedicated care these past several years. Thanks also to the hospital doctors and nurses that took care of Ron during his many stays at the VA Hospital. A special thanks for the exceptional, compassionate care provided to Ron and our family by the Hospice Team at the VA Hospital during Ron’s final weeks.

Thanks also to Rob McPeak whose constant friendship for many years meant the world to Ron. To Rick Cave, Miguel Fernandez, Mark Liberty, and Todd Musil, who spent many hours of friendship in Ron’s “GarageMahal”. Finally, a very special thank you to Ron’s brother-in-law, Roger Quinn, who selflessly took Ron to many doctor appointments, ran errands for him, and spent many hours entertaining and just listening when Ron was unable to goout much. All of these individuals and many more of Ron’s friends brought great joy during his life.
