Robert "Bob" Zick

Robert G. “Bob” Zick, of Waukesha, formerly of Milwaukee, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 15, 2009 at his home at the age of 55. He was born on January 21, 1954 in Milwaukee, the son of William and Esther (Szalewski) Zick.  Bob was employed for Roundy’s for over 25 years, with more than twelve at Pick n’ Save on Silvernail Road.  He was a loving father and especially proud of his only son, Dustin, as he recently graduated from Carroll University.  Bob will be deeply missed by his son, Dustin Zick of Waukesha; two sisters:  Patricia Wedward and Dolores (David) Hazelberg; two brothers:  Bill (Bonnie Wright) Zick and Mike (Mary) Zick; and sister-in-law, Rosemary Disher.  He is also survived by other relatives and friends.  He is preceded death by his parents and two brothers:  Leroy Disher and Ronald Disher. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2009 from 4:00 PM until the memorial service at 5:30 PM at Prairie Home Cemetery Chapel, 605 S.
