Kwak, Paul T. - Born March 18, 1959. Paul died of natural causes Dec. 4, 2018. He is survived by his parents Tom & Pat (Cook) Kwak and siblings; Susan (John) Stalewski, John, Caroline (Mike) Enderlin, Judy (Vern) Dougherty, Jim (Kristin) and Tom F. (Tricia), and many friends and relatives. A private ceremony will be held. Contributions are appreciated to the BVM Sisters of Charity in Dubuque, IA in his memory.
