Patrick E. Groncki

Patrick “Pat” E. Groncki of Greenfield passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at the age of 78. He was born in Milwaukee on March 16, 1947 the son of Edward and Genevieve Borchardt. Pat proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966 until his honorable discharge in 1968. He loved driving and had a successful career as a truck driver. Along with his partner Vicki, he enjoyed countless adventures including traveling across the United States, attending local festivals, dancing, Ned’s Pizza and Friday night fish fries. He was an avid Green Bay Packer and Wisconsin Badgers fan and had a great sense of humor. Pat will always be remembered as a loving partner, father and grandfather.

He will be sadly missed by his loving partner he shared 25 years with, Vicki; son Eric (fiancée DeeDee) Groncki; daughter Kimberly (Frank) Gervais; grandchildren, Madisyn and Jocelyn Gervais and Avelyn and Madeline Groncki; Vicki’s children Scott, Krista and Ashley whose life he played a big role in. He was also known as “King Pat” by Jennifer and Connor. Pat is also survived by two nieces, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Judy Wray and niece Christine Lucas.

A private service with full military honors will be held at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee.
