Patricia Ann Austin

Patricia Ann “Pat” Austin, 85, died on Saturday, May 3, 2025 following a brief illness. She was born in Pewaukee on August 24, 1939 to Louis and Esther (nee: Fracaro) Roso. Pat was an avid bowler and enjoyed playing sheepshead and cribbage. She was hardworking and dedicated. She loved her waitressing career and eventually fulfilled her dream by owning and operating Pat and Jan’s American Legion in Waukesha. Pat’s spirit and love created a welcoming atmosphere for all guests and diners. On April 28,1962 she married Gary Austin, he preceded her in death on December 9, 2002.

Pat will be sadly missed by her loving children, Dawn Marie (Eva Williams) Austin, Cheryl Ann (Joseph Paul) Catalano, Thomas Gary ( Polly) Austin; her dear grandchildren, Marisa Catalano, Gina Catalano, Joey Catalano; Luke, Cooper, Liam and Cole Austin. She is further survived by her sister, Sylvia (Bill) Finger; step grandchildren, Angela Catalano, Chris Catalano, Julia Albornoz-Williams, Hudson Albornoz-Williams, Willem (Megan) Weigel and Wyatt Weigel. Nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Louis and Esther Roso, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Austin, her brother Louis (Jane) Roso and sister, Mary (Robert) Brierton.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Randle-Dable Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM. A private funeral will be held. Private burial will take place at St Mary’s Cemetery, Pewaukee.
