Maryeon F. Panton of Waukesha died on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at the Virginia Health & Rehab at the age of 87. She was born in Minnesota on February 18, 1932 the daughter of William and Nellie (nee Ferguson) Follansbee. She was raised in Cody, Wyoming, a place that always held a special place in her heart. She earned her degree in nursing in Bozeman, Montana where she met her husband James and together, they moved to Waukesha in 1959. She was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Michelle (William), Rebecca and Stephanie (Chip), granddaughters, Jamie (Craig), Maddie and Jenna (Ross), and great-grandchildren, Zayden, Peyton and Kylie. She was preceded in death by her husband James and her son Russell.
Maryeon will be laid to rest next to her husband at Mountview Cemetery in Billings, Montana at a later date. Memorials in Maryeon’s name are appreciated to Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast, 131 S. 69th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53214.
