Mary M Langill born July 20, 1936 in Waterloo, Iowa, peacefully passed away at the age of 89 on June 5, 2026 at AngelsGrace in Oconomowoc, WI. Mary primarily resided in Waukesha, WI and Sarasota, Florida during her retirement years. She spent the last 3 years as a resident at Three Pillars in Dousman, WI where she enjoyed being close to family and making new friends and continued to lead a very active life.

Mary was an awesome wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her family who loved her deeply. She always had a bright smile and laugh when greeting everyone. She had several positions while working as a Clerical person through her career. Places such as the VA Medical Center, Drug Enforcement Agency, John Henness Trucking, and Vrakas, Blum & Company where she retired. One of her favorite past times was enjoying the summer and fall classes at The Clearing in Door County, WI. Mary and her late husband Ross started going to their classes in the 1980’s and Mary continued to travel to The Clearing until the fall of 2025. Mary was a Member of The Friends of Retzer Nature Center in Waukesha, WI for many years and always enjoyed preparing for their big Apple Harvest Festival Event.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Ross A Langill, and Step-Daughter Marily Jean Langill. She is survived by her children Steve (Ginnie) Baier of Pewaukee, Virginia (Jon) Herbrand of Oconomowoc and Scott Langill of Washington DC. Grandchildren Michelle Matteson, Jason Herbrand, and Janette (James) Below. Eight great grandchildren, five siblings,and many nieces and nephews.

We will be having a Celebration of Life Gathering for Mary on July 11, 2026 at The Ingleside Hotel, 2810 Golf Rd, Pewaukee, WI 53072. Please join us between 2-5 pm in the Hearthside Room.
