Margaret N. Kaczmarek of Waukesha passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 3, 2026, at the age of 74. Born in Milwaukee on October 20, 1951, she was the daughter of Gordon and Dolores (nee Weinkauf) Esch and grew up in Oak Creek. A longtime member of the Jaycettes, Margaret enjoyed antiquing, shopping, reading, traveling, camping, and crafting. She loved Christmas and was well known for her extensive collection of Christmas decorations. Above all, Margaret treasured time with her family.
She is sadly missed by her daughters, Jessica (Jason) Hyland and Cara (Chris Bergum) Kaczmarek; her grandchildren, Meghan-Anne (Daniel) Hyland-Glascock, Julianna (Brandon) Hyland-Goetz, Kelton, Ahkivah, and Kaiden Hyland; Alex (fiancée Kailyn Kantin) Bergum and Emma Bergum; and great-grandchildren, Vivian, Evelyn, and Lainey. She is also survived by her siblings, Lynn Williams, Carol (Neal) Wilson, and Gerald (Lise) Esch, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ronald.
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:30 a.m. funeral service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Following the service, interment will take place at 1:00 p.m. at Wisconsin Memorial Park, where attendees are asked to meet in the green parking area.
