Jack D Moore, Sr

Jack D. Moore Sr. passed away October, 15, 2023 in hospice care at Elmbrook Hospital at the age of 90. He was born at home on the family farm in Eagle on July 14, 1933 the son of Henry and Lela (nee Landgraf) Moore. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing and working on cars. He worked at General Castings in Waukesha for 34 years and then worked for Refinery Products in Menomonee Falls and ended his career at Parts Hut in Waukesha.

He will be sadly missed by his wife Linda; sons Jack D. Moore Jr. and James Moore; grandchildren, Jeremy Moore, Christopher (Elizabeth) Moore; great-granddaughter Serena Moore; stepsons Anton Foat and Christopher Foat; step-grandchildren, Samual (Chrstine) Foat and Katie Foat; sisters Dorthy Fisher and Hazel Arnold; brother Richard (Nancy) Moore; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley (nee Ista); daughter Kathrene; and siblings, Della Polzin, Ethel Christensen, Henry Moore, Betty Bressette, Ruth Moore, Robert Moore, Edward Moore, Howard Christensen, Harold Christensen and his parents.  

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until the 2:00 p.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Ave. Waukesha, WI 53186. Full military honors will follow the service. If desired, memorials are appreciated to the family.
