Gary A. Wallendal

Gary A. Wallendal of Waukesha passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at the age of 77. He was born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin on July 28, 1949 the son of Robert and Marion (nee Zick) Wallendal. Gary proudly served his country in the United States Army 5th Special Forces from 1969 until 1972 including tours in Vietnam.

He will be sadly missed by his loving and devoted wife of 40 years, Deborah “Deb” Wallendal (nee Terrones); his sister, Joan (Ronald) Hull, and sister-in-law Cindi Wallendal. He is also survived by Jacob Wallendal, many other beloved family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Roseanne Wallendal and brother Tom Wallendal.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 from 9:30 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. memorial service and military honors at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A reception will follow. Interment will be at a later date at Forest Mound Cemetery in Waupun. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Tunnels to Towers, Community Smiles Dental or Waupun American Legion Post 210 Honor Guard.
