On October 29, 2011, David married Christina “Christy” Smith in Merton, WI. Together, they built a loving home and family, cherishing every moment with their two sons, Declan and Ronan, who were the center of his world.
David will be deeply missed by his devoted wife, Christy; his beloved sons, Declan and Ronan; his siblings, Jennifer Golla, Nikki Steffen, and Claire Golla; and his parents-in-law, Walt and Diane Smith. He is further survived by his closest friends, Mikey Furrer and Tera Frost, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Steffen, and his stepfather, David Golla.
