Charles E. Cooper of West Allis passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at the age of 77. He was born in Waukesha on November 2, 1946 the son of James and Leona (nee Tegge) Cooper.
He is survived by his siblings, Clara Cooper, Elizabeth (Edward) Gonzalez and Jay (the late Carol) Cooper; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ellen Denney, Erma Westin, Millie Jensen, Garnetta Flores and Mary Cooper.
Private burial will be at Prairie Home Cemetery.
