Barbara "Bobbi" L. Rohde

Barbara “Bobbi” L. Rohde (nee Caracci) of Waukesha passed away on August 17, 2026 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 70. She was born on July 11, 1956 to Rocco and Lena Caracci.

Bobbi enjoyed working at the Waukesha School District until her retirement. She formed many lifelong friendships throughout the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rocco and Lena Caracci and her daughter Tracey Rohde.

Bobbi will be missed by her devoted husband of 42 years, Dale, her son Jeff Shanklin Jr. (LeeAnn), Jill Rohde (Chris), grandsons, Brandon and Fletcher, grand-dogs, Frankie, Willie and Lenny, brothers Len (Jenny) Caracci and Nick Caracci, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and many dear friends.

The family wishes to thank the oncology department at Waukesha Memorial Hospital for their extraordinary care of Bobbi.

Honoring Bobbi’s wishes, no formal memorial service will be held. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
