Arthur G. Borger passed away peacefully in Randolph, Wisconsin at the age of 91.
Visitation will take place at the Funeral Home on Friday, December 20, 2019 from 9 AM until the 10 AM Funeral Service. Procession to Highland Memorial Park will follow.
