It is with deep love and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Andrea K Wuerslin, who left this world peacefully on July 7th, 2026 at the age of 74.

Born in St Louis, Missouri, Andrea lived a life filled with kindness, laughter, spunk, rhythm and unwavering devotion to family and friends. She was known everywhere for her selflessness, kindness, and warm heart. She could strike up a conversation with just about anyone with her only intention of getting to know the other person and therefore, she had an amazing knack of making any new acquaintance an instant friend for life.

Andrea dedicated her life to encouraging others and leaving behind a legacy of service. She accomplished this through her years as a gymnastics coach positively impacting the lives of her young athletes and during her years as a lab tech, providing compassionate medical care to the patients she served. Outside of work, she found joy in feeding her family, baking, dancing and spending time with her dog Molly. She loved trying new activities, picking up cycling and skiing in her 40s. She completed a multi-day kayaking tour on Lake Superior and went canyoneering in Costa Rica when she was 70. She also became a Bucks Grand Dancer at the age of 70, shaking her groove thing for everyone’s entertainment. She had the kind of positive energy you always wanted to be around and was truly contagious.

Andrea is survived by her spouse Theodore, children Amy Jo (husband Bryce), Arthur and Anna (husband Sanjay), grandchildren Andrew, Samantha, Ari and Addison and siblings Brona and Marla and a large extended family. Though she is no longer with us, her unconditional love, unwavering support, and laughter will always live in all our hearts.

A celebration of Andrea’s life will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10-1 at the Waukesha Rotary Building, 1150 Baxter St. Waukesha, WI 53186. All friends and family are invited to gather, share memories, and honor a beautiful life well-lived.
