Adam R. Machajewski of Waukesha passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at home following a hard-fought battle with cancer on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at age 42. He was born in Milwaukee on July 10, 1983. On June 10, 2006 he married the love of his life, Heather White at Holy Assumption Parish in West Allis and together they built a life based on family and love.
He is loved and will be forever missed by his wife Heather and their three cherished children, Aubrey (10) and twins Ashton and Easton “the bros” (6); his parents, Jeffrey and Debra Machajewski, brothers, Eric (Sharon) Machajewski and Jacob (Alycia) Machajewski; sister, Rebecca (Michael) Haese; mother-in-law Terry White; nieces and nephews, Lucy, Evalynn, Charlotte, Sawyer, Nora, Cooper, Zander and a new niece due soon. Grandson of Jim and Judy Held & Barbara Machajewski. He is further survived and loved by aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Leonard Machajewski and father-in-law Robert White.
Adam loved spending time on his motorcycle, watching races, smoking meats, a good bourbon, hunting and spending time with his family. He had a dry sense of humor and a metered temperament that could both drive you crazy and make you love him.
Adam was a man whose passion and purpose came alive through his work. A dedicated professional, he found deep fulfillment in the world of automation, technology, and robotics. For Adam, work was more than just a job-it was his therapy, his creative outlet, and a place where his brilliant mind could thrive.
Losing Adam has left a hole in our hearts that words cannot express. We are so grateful for the love and support from our family, friends and community during this most difficult time. Our family would also like to extend a special thank you to his employer, New Berlin Plastics for their unwavering and most generous support.
Adam’s legacy lives in the systems he helped build, the minds he inspired, and the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will always be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, an incredible father, beloved son, and treasured brother and uncle.
