Tayler R. Kuechler

November 14, 1997 — June 18, 2019

Tayler R. Kuechler of Genesee passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at the age of 21. He was born in Waukesha on November 14, 1997 the son of Ray and Debbie (nee Sussek) Kuechler. When Tayler was little you rarely found him indoors, resulting in his love for the outdoors. He was always outside throwing a football, playing basketball, hitting a baseball, playing with nerf guns, and riding his bike or skateboards on his ramps. The YouTube videos he created, some with his nephews showing his goofy personality and sense of humor will be forever treasured. He had a love for sports and was very competitive and talented. If you did find Tayler indoors, he would be playing video games. He loved the adrenaline rush of riding his 4-wheeler, hunting and fishing with his dad and grandpa and always looked forward to camping with his parents. In recent years, he developed a love for music. He dreamed of one day performing electronic music for others, but the music also provided him an escape from life stresses. Tayler recently acquired a laptop of his dreams to start making this dream come true. This year, Tayler started a job at Sjoberg Tool & Manufacturing Corp., a metal fabrication shop. He strived to move up with the company and often picked up overtime. He had an amazing work ethic, following in the footsteps of his parents. Tayler had a love for luxurious cars and dreamed of one day having the finer things in life. Although Tayler’s life ended far too soon, he will remain in the thoughts, memories and hearts of his family and all who knew him. Tayler was able to provide one final gift by helping others through his gift of organ donation.

He will be forever missed by his loving parents, Ray and Debbie Kuechler of Genesee, his sisters, Trenda (Brian) Mentzer of Madison, Tara Meinholz (Tim) Stoehr of Hartland and Tristine (Sean) Drews of Long Beach, CA, his nephews Christian Meinholz, Cayden Meinholz, Dreyk Stoehr, Kamdyn Stoehr and Miles Mentzer and his grandfather Paul Sussek of Waukesha. He is further survived by his aunts and uncles, Ralph (Jean) Kuechler, Darlene (Mark) Hesprich, Betty (Gene) Omann, Tony Kuechler, RoseAnn (Allan) Brownrigg, Danny (the late Bambi) Kuechler, Linda Kuechler and Sandy Kuechler, along with many cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marlene Sussek and Reinold and Pearl Kuechler and aunts and uncles, Dennis Sussek, Ruth (Gene) Checolinski, Elmer Kuechler, Bill Kuechler and Tom Kuechler.

Special thanks is extended to Froedtert Hospital’s MICU for their care and compassion.
