Rosemary "Sis" Collins

Rosemary “Sis” Collins of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Monday, January 14, 2019 at the age of 96. She was born in Marshfield, WI on December 14, 1922 the daughter of LJ and Rose (nee Leitner) Collins. Rosemary attended St. Joseph Catholic School and worked at Pat and Mike’s Drive-In in Waukesha. She was a charter member of St. Mary Catholic Church and looked forward to the parish festival each year. Rosemary enjoyed the many years of playing cards and games with her family and friends. She was also enjoyed showing off her NBA basketball dribbling skills. Rosemary loved music, especially Rock-n-Roll, loved dancing to any music with a great beat.

She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, Patrick (Leigh Ann) Collins, Michael (Sharon) Collins, Brian (Lora) Collins, Colleen (the late Ray) Wilson, Terrence (Allison) Collins, Allison (Don) Rowe and Lisa (Kurt) Williamson, as well as many great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers, John Collins and Patrick Collins and sister-in-law Jackie Collins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 18, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until the 11:30 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
