Mary L. Lavine

Mary L. Lavine of Waukesha died on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at LindenGrove in Waukesha at the age of 89. She was born on July 8, 1929 in Waukesha, the daughter of Robert and Gladys (nee Tate) Stewart. She was a 1947 graduate of Waukesha High School. On July 2, 1949 she married James H. Lavine; he preceded her in death on February 28, 2017.
She will be sadly missed by her children, James R. Lavine of Waukesha, the late Robert S. Lavine (daughter-in-law Judy Lavine of Sussex), Claire L. Sayles of Waukesha, Mark D. (Traci) Lavine of Hubertus and Bruce W. Lavine of Oconomowoc. She is further survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home followed by burial alongside her husband at St. Joseph Cemetery in Waukesha. Memorials in Mary’s name are appreciated to the Stars & Stripes Honor Flight, P.O. Box 867 Menomonee Falls, WI 53052.
