Kaitlyn "Katie" Marie Hrenak

Kaitlyn “Katie” Marie Hrenak, of Waukesha, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 15, 2019 at the age of 30. She was born in Milwaukee on November 13, 1988 the daughter of Tammy (nee Phillips) Poppie and Michael Hrenak. She was a 2007 graduate of Waukesha West High School and 2012 Marketing graduate of UW-Milwaukee. After college, Katie worked for Industrial Roofing. Katie loved animals and was a member of Waukesha 4H where she took home “Best in Show” with her beloved boxer at the Waukesha County fair.

Katie will be deeply missed by her parents Tammy (Kevin) Poppie of Colgate and Michael (Sara) Hrenak of Waukesha. Siblings Adam Poppie, Emily Hrenak and Max Poppie. Grandparents Fred (Dorothy) Hrenak, Steve (Brenda) Phillips, Patricia (Bob) Taylor, Steve (Sharon) Stolpa and Darlene Poppie. She is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 4PM until the funeral service at 7PM at Randle-Dable Brisk Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to HAWS are appreciated.
