Helen M. Waldera

Helen M. Waldera (nee Sommercorn) Born to Eternal Life July 30, 2020 at age 88. Beloved wife to the late Paul. Loving mom to Mary Waldera, Thomas (Kathy) Waldera, Peggy (John) Kuhnz and Joseph Waldera; cherished "Grandma Cookies" to Kristin (Jeff) Jones, Paul Waldera, James Kuhnz, Amanda Waldera, Joseph Kuhnz and Thomas Kuhnz; sister to Joan (the late William) Bachhuber and the late Frederich (Beulah) Sommercorn. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. Heartfelt thanks is extended to Aurora Hospice for their compassion and care. The funeral Mass will be held Tues., Aug. 18th at 10:30 AM at Mother of Good Counsel Parish, 6924 W. Lisbon Ave., Milwaukee. A time to gather will be held 30 minutes prior to Mass. Masks are required. Graveside services will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. A luncheon and continued celebration of Helen's life will follow the burial and be announced at church.
