Dennis P. Dougherty

Dennis P. Dougherty of Waukesha passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the age of 75. He was born in Milwaukee on October 28, 1942 the son of William and Gertrude (nee Gromowski) Dougherty. Dennis proudly served his country in the United States Army. Following a career as an HVAC technician, he enjoyed working as a driver for Goodwill Industries. Dennis loved golfing and his cat, but most of all loved his family dearly.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 46 years, Lynn (nee Moser) Dougherty of Waukesha and their daughter, Kathryn Dougherty also of Waukesha. He is further survived by his brothers, Fred (Judy) Dougherty of Waukesha and Kevin (Sharon) Dougherty of Burlington, his sister-in-law Leanne (Ron) Theis of Pewaukee along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until time of the 5:30 p.m. memorial service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue, Waukesha. Private interment will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove at a later date.
