William "Bill" J. Ruekert Jr.

William “Bill” J. Ruekert Jr., of Waukesha died on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 67. He was born in Waukesha on September 26, 1947 the son of William and Catherine (nee Ranstead) Ruekert Sr. Following his graduation from high school, he proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Bill took great pride in being a tradesman, a craft he started to learn at an early age that continued into an accomplished career. He loved his grandchildren and was a loyal and good friend to many.

He will be sadly missed by his son William David Ruekert of Twin Cities, MN, his two grandchildren, Carter and Ella Ruekert and his brothers, John (Carol) Ruekert and Bob (Joyce) Ruekert both of Waukesha. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many cherished friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A private family burial will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery at a later date.
