Sara Wieber

Sara E. Wieber was born into eternal life on April 13, 2011, at the age of 74 years. She was born into this world on April 5, 1937 to Walter and Maybel (nee: Kiley) Flanagan. She attended St. Joseph Grade School and was a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School. She attended Marquette University and was a graduate of Mount Mary College. Sara taught English at South Division High School and John Marshall High School in Milwaukee. Sara was a devoted member of St. Mary Catholic Church, where she was active in the Wednesday Morning Women’s Bible Study Group. She was an avid sport fan, following closely Marquette University basketball, the Packers and the Brewers. Sara enjoyed crafts including needlepoint and cross-stitch. She loved playing bridge and played with a group in her neighborhood and with close college friends. Sara’s greatest joys were her grandchildren and the time she spent with them. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 47 years, Charles Wieber of Waukesha and their son, Michael (Amy) Wieber of Pewaukee; her darling grandchildren: Megan, Nicholas, Madeline, and Kayla Wieber, all of Pewaukee. She is further survived by her aunt, Bernice Burbach, cousins, other relatives and many friends.She was preceded in death by her mother, Maybel Flanagan; her father, Walter Flanagan; and step-mother, Loretta Flanagan. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI from 4-7 PM. Services continue on Tuesday, April 19, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI 53188 visitation from 9-10:30 AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church, or Jesuit Partnership, 3400 W.
