Sandra Lee Zaitz

Sandra Lee Zaitz, of Las Vegas, formerly of Waukesha died on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at the age of 72. She was born in Milwaukee on December 25, 1941 to Ruben O. and Viola (nee Champan) Polzien. She was a graduate of Waukesha High School and worked as a waitress at restaurants in both Waukesha and Las Vegas.

She will be missed by her children, Misty L. Thomas of Sullivan, Robert A. (Lisa) Thomas of Waukesha, David W. (Debra) Thomas of Sullivan, Gerald J. (Lisa) Clemins of California and Shana M. Clemins of Las Vegas. She was the dear grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of three. She is further survived by her sister Vicky L. (Dennis) Keller of Las Vegas along with other relatives and many friends.

Funeral arrangements are pending at this time. Burial of cremated remains will be in Prairie Home Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to the American Heart Association, 1555 N. River Center Dr. Suite 212 Milwaukee, WI 53212.
