Russell Biegemann

WAUKESHA - Russell J. Biegemann, 85, of Waukesha, died Monday, September 3, 2007 at LindenGrove in Waukesha. He was born on April 23, 1922 in Genesee to Arthur and Jessie (nee: Stillwell) Biegemann. During the 1940's he was a cab driver in Waukesha. On November 15, 1947 he married the former Aubrey Harris in Rockford, IL. He owned his own truck and drove for various trucking companies including: Butterfield, Spancrete and Graf Trucking. He also was a mechanic at Hopson Oil. Russell loved to travel and after retiring they spent many winters at a home in Bradenton Beach, FL and in later years at Alamo, TX before returning to live in Wisconsin. He attended Elmbrook Church in Brookfield and First United Methodist Church in Waukesha. Russell will be sadly missed by his children James Biegemann of Waukesha and Elizabeth Crowley of Phoenix, AZ, Sandy Schlesner of Waukesha and Jeffrey (Connie Marie) Biegemann of Sullivan. Dear grandfather of Frank Fiore, Amy and Holly Biegemann, Jack Krebs, Adam and Holly Clark, Rick (Lisa) Schlesner and Laurie (Clyde) Werner. Beloved great grandfather of Roby and Thomas Schlesner and Kyle Werner. He is further survived by his brothers Leroy Biegemann of Pewaukee and Jesse Biegemann of Palymra, sister Mahala Rankin of Pewaukee, special friend Florence Pierson, daughter-in-law Maria Fiore, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife Aubrey on August 15, 1999, son John Biegemann, stepson Samuel Fiore, as well as his parents. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 12th from 5:00 p.m. until the 7:00 p.m. memorial service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Burial of cremated remains will be held on Thursday, September 13th at 10:00 a.m. at Prairie Home Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery office.
