Rose A. Katzke of MIlwaukee, passed away peacefully on Wed., May 22, 2013 at age 87. She was born in Milwaukee on Oct. 17, 1925.
She will be sadly missed by her loving children: Christine (the late Larry) Sjoberg, Linda (Ray) Clifford, Louis (Gina) Katzke, Jenni (John) Bannier, Andrew (Lisa) Katzke and Diane (Jeff) Knueppel. She was the dear grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She will be further missed by her brothers and sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Katzke, Sr. in 1980.
Visitation Fri. May 24, 2013 from 9:45AM until the 11:00AM funeral Mass at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, corner of S. 60th Street and W. Oklahoma Ave. in Milwaukee. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Rose will be remembered as a caring mother and grandmother, who showed her family the joys of life. The family would like to thank Dr. Daniel Donovan and the staff at St. Francis Hospital for their wonderful care.
