Randal E. Keppeler, of Waukesha, died on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at his Waukesha home at the age of 59. He was born on August 23, 1949 in Muncie, Indiana the son of Charles and Betty (Gibson) Keppeler. He is survived by his sister Darlene Cook of Noblesville, Indiana along with other relatives and friends. No services will be held.
