Patricia Ann Schroeder

Patricia Ann Schroeder, 70, of Mukwonago, died on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at her Mukwonago home with her family by her side. She was born in Fort Atkinson on September 16, 1943 the daughter of Walter and Kathryn (nee Wulf) Dunham. She was a graduate of Jefferson High School and received her Bachelor’s degree in 1965 from UW-Whitewater. On August 27, 1966 she married Terry Schroeder in Las Vegas. Patricia worked as a biology teacher in Waukesha and as an instructional aid at Parkview Middle School in Mukwonago from 1984 until 2004. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church for more than 40 years and participated in the prayer shawl ministry and served on the church council member for 8 years.

She will be sadly missed by her husband of 47 years Terry of Mukwonago, and their son Timothy (Therese) Schroeder of Waukesha, her grandchildren, Jamie (Tammy) Darrow of Milwaukee, Kitara Schroeder of Pewaukee, Christopher, Joseph, Ari and Amanda Schroeder all of Waukesha. She is further survived by her brothers, Arthur Dunham of Park Falls and Robert Dunham of Waterloo, her sister Rev. Kathryn (Dr. Greg) Brown of Racine, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Ronald.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 2:00PM until the time of the 4:00PM funeral service at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 300 Carroll Street, Waukesha, WI 53186. Pastor Kathy Boadwine will preside. Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 16th at 10:00AM at Prairie Home Cemetery. Please meet at the cemetery office.
