Michael J. Mcilhone

Michael J. McIlhone, age 33 died unexpectedly on Sat., Nov. 1, 2014. He was born on January 22, 1981 to John and Rose (nee Derezinski) McIlhone. Michael was a 1999 graduate of Waukesha South High School and was currently enrolled at WCTC in the Tool and Die Program. Michael was a lover of music, animals, the Milwaukee Brewers and was a movie buff. On October 22, 2010 Michael married the love of his life, Amanda Walker. He will always be remembered by all who loved him for his great sense of humor, his infectious laugh and beautiful smile. Michael was a loving husband, brother, uncle, friend and a great dad to his cats.


Michael will be sadly missed by his loving wife of four years, Amanda of Milwaukee, his sisters Jennifer McIlhone of Greenfield; Katie (Jim) Heraty of Lake in the Hills, IL; his niece & nephew, Haley and William Heraty. He is further survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and Mary Walker of West Allis; sister-in-law, Jennifer (fiancé Spencer) Walker; his Godmothers: JoAnn Weinkauf and Noreen Filippelli and Godfather, Frank Derezinski. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends also survive. Michael was preceded in death by his dear parents John & Rose McIlhone.

Visitation will be held on Wed., Nov. 5, 2014 from 4:00 until 7:30PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Avenue., Waukesha. A vigil service will be held at 7:30PM. Services will continue on Thurs., Nov. 6th, at St Mary’s Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI with visitation from 9:30AM until the time of the 10:30AM Funeral Mass. The Rev. Howard Haase will preside. Private interment will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery. Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, Crematory and Preplanning Services is honored to serve the family.
