Margaretha Hofman

Margaretha “Peggy” Katharina Agatha Hofman, born October 3, 1931, entered eternal life on August 28, 2009.  She was born in the Netherlands and immigrated to the United States with her former husband, Maarten Van Zevenbergen, and daughter, Elly (McHenry) in March of 1957.  Michael, their son, was born in the United States.  Peggy lived in Milwaukee for many years before moving to Waukesha, and most recently was a resident of New Berlin.  She worked as an international contract secretary for Koehring Division and Bucyrus Erie and was also a customer service representative for Enerpac.    She was a beloved Oma to Cale (Michele) McHenry, Ben McHenry, Colleen (David) Bentfield, Sadie O’Connor, and Carly O’Connor and great grandson Roan McHenry .   She is also survived by her brother, Hans (Rina) Hofman, sister, Nel (Jaques) Simons, and many nieces and nephews.  Her parents, her brother, Wim, and long time friend, Marion Eastern, preceded her in death.   A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2009 beginning at 1:00 PM at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI.  Rev.
