Jill R. Chowaniec

Jill R. Chowaniec, of Waukesha, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 53. She was born in Waukesha on September 5, 1961 the daughter of Charles and Carol (nee Cotney) Hayes. On July 22, 1994 she married Todd Chowaniec in Waukesha. Jill was a very outgoing, talkative and friendly person who liked everyone. She enjoyed playing bingo and gambling, but most of all she loved being with her family. She will always be remembered for her kind nature, sense of humor and as a loving wife, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, aunt and friend.

She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband Todd of Waukesha, her sisters Cathy Hayes and Cheryl Hayes both of Waukesha, her father-in-law and mother-in-law Jim and Jean Chowaniec of Oxford, her brothers-in-law Chris (Jewels) Chowaniec of Waukesha and Jim Jr. (Tammi) Chowaniec of Mukwonago and her sister-in-law Kelly Chowaniec of Oxford. She is further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A celebration of Jill’s life will be held at a later date in the fall.
