Janet M. Brereton

Janet M. Brereton, of Waukesha, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2015 at age 80. She was born in Waukesha on October 27, 1935 the daughter of Arthur and Meta (nee Frank) Ferris. Janet’s pride and joy was her family and she will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was the beloved mother of Barb (Randy) Neumann, Sue (Phil) Banda, Tom Brereton and Christie (Matthew) Satermo, cherished grandma of Amy (Josh) Gaylord, Charles (Jaki) Murphy, Brad Murphy, Tera (Andy) Gesch, Janet (Ben) Wagner and Paige and Drew Satermo and great-grandmother of Jarett, Olivia and Keiran. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband John on June 13, 1999, her parents and brother Gerald.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the 3:00 p.m. funeral service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A private family entombment will take place Monday at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield.
