Harriet L. Thompson, age 89, of Oconomowoc, died Monday, October 1, 2007 at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. She was born on January 25, 1918 in Tomah, WI to Harry and Sadie (nee: Edgerton) Noble. She was a member of TOPS for 30 years and loved animals and gardening. Survived by her children Sally Jo Kruesel of Johnson Creek, Ronald "Ron" (Sherry) Thompson of Reedsburg, Jeaninne (Leon) Ruder of Oconomowoc, Melody (Richard) Russell of Milwaukee and Robin (Larry) Kollmann of Dousman; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; sisters Fern (Paul) DeCoto of Elroy and Barbara Sumpter of Waukesha; brothers LeRoy (Rosie) Noble of Waukesha and Dick Noble of Pewaukee; other relatives and friends further survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alvin H. Thompson, Sr.; son Alvin "Butch" Thompson; brothers Robert and Harry Noble and sister Irene Dable. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 3rd from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. A second visitation will take place on Thursday, October 4th from 10:00 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. funeral service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
