Fredrick Ruch

Fredrick T. Ruch of Waukesha, died Friday, July 16, 2010 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. He was born on September 13, 1939 in Waukesha, the son of Frank and Louise (Seitz) Ruch. He was a lifelong member at St. Joseph Catholic Church. After attending St. Joseph Catholic School, he graduated from Catholic Memorial High School in 1957.    Fred went on to study at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He was employed for many years at Moor Downs Golf Course in Waukesha as a greens keeper and had worked at Waukesha Engine as a machinist and Olsons Power as a small engine mechanic. He was a mechanical “whiz”.     He loved to fish with his family. Along with his dad he built a cottage on the island in Eagle Springs Lake. Fred will be deeply missed by his sisters: Judith Brierton of Plymouth, Minnesota and Dolly (Bill) Schmitz of Waukesha; nieces and nephews: Lisa Schmitz of Waukesha, Anne Schmitz of Waukesha, Kristin Dennewill of Spain, Kevin Brierton of Minnesota, Kerry Wetterling of Minnesota, Keely Travers of Missouri, Kolin Brierton of Minnesota, and Kory Brierton of Minnesota; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 22, 2010 at Randle-Dable Funeral Home 1110 S. Grand Avenue Waukesha from 1:30 PM until the funeral service at 3:00 PM. Fr.
