Ethel Jansky

Ethel B. Jansky, of Janesville, formerly of Waukesha, died on Friday, May 27, 2011 at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville at the age of 88 years. She was born in Chicago, IL on March 24, 1923 the daughter of Ernst and Nellie (nee LaRue) Keppler. Ethel enjoyed her trips to Ho-Chunk, Diamond Jo's and Djope's casinos. She had a great love for her nieces and nephews. Ethel will be sadly missed by her sister Phyllis Briggs of Janesville, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Jacob "Jack" Jansky on January 1, 1983 and her sisters: Ileane Glaeser and Lois Bruns and her brother Ernie Keppler.  Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 from 11:30AM until the 12:00 Noon funeral service at the Prairie Home Cemetery Chapel, 605 S.
