Elginia J. Engstrom, age 93 of Waukesha, died Friday, March 21, 2008 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 7, 1914 in South Milwaukee, the daughter of Joseph and Sophie (Milewnska) Bobinski. Elginia married F. L. "Woody" Engstrom on June 8, 1940 at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Milwaukee; he preceded her in death on May 9, 2002. She was employed at Waukesha Motors for 25 years, and was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Auxiliary for more than 50 years. She also belonged to the KC Women's Auxiliary, and was a longtime member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Waukesha. Elginia will be sadly missed by her daughter, Barbara (Robert) Fluder of Waukesha; daughter-in-law, Lynne Engstrom of Waukesha; five grandchildren: Joseph Fluder, Cynthia (Brian) Walz, Ken (Fran) Engstrom, Peter (Shari) Engstrom, and David (fiancé Crystal) Engstrom; great-grandchildren: Elginia, Madeline, Chloe and Carl Walz, Talia Engstrom, and Pierce Engstrom She is also preceded in death by her son, Marty; two brothers, John and Stanley Bobinski; and her parents. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI. Services will continue on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM, followed by a procession to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha, for the 10:00 AM Funeral Mass. Rev. Bill Key will preside. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery.
