Elaine Bennett

November 3, 1938 — December 16, 2008

of the Town of Waukesha, died Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at the Virginia Health and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 70.  She was born on November 3, 1938 in Waukesha to Clarence and Ruby (nee:  Stair) Wendt.  On April 1, 1966 she married Gerald Bennett at Evangelical and Reformed United Church of Christ, where she has been a lifelong member.  She was a 1957 graduate of Waukesha High School.  She had worked at Waukesha Foundry for 40 years.  She will be sadly missed by her husband Gerald of the town of Waukesha, along with their children Lynn (Jeff) Heaney of Crandon, Robert Hutchinson of Waukesha and Lori Anne Bennett of West Allis.  Dear grandmother of Christina Hutchinson and Michael Heaney.  She is further survived by her mother-in-law Helen Bennett of Waukesha, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Clarence, Jr., Richard and Earl.  Visitation will take place on Saturday, December 20 from 4:00 pm until the 7:00 pm Funeral Service at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, WI with Rev. Ralph Schultz presiding.  Private burial will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery.  Memorials in Elaine’s name are appreciated to American Heart and Stroke Association, 660 E.
