MUKWONAGO- The Shepherd found his lost lamb, Brad Lenhardt, on Monday, June 23, 2014 at his home surrounded by his loving family at the age of 56 years. He was born in Waukesha on May 5, 1958 the son of Gerald and Rosemary (nee Giese) Lenhardt. Brad was a 1977 graduate of Waukesha North High School. On April 28, 1991 he married Marianne Brunner in Waukesha where he was a lifelong resident. Brad worked for Waukesha Concrete for 21 years as the plant superintendent. Brad was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting. He had a love for photography and had a strong passion for his black labs and rummage sales. Above all, Brad loved his family, and he will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, brother, son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and dear friend.

He will be deeply missed by his loving and devoted wife of 23 years, Marianne of Mukwonago and their children, Elizabeth “Liz”, Cody and Garret Lenhardt all of Mukwonago and his sister Cindy (Don) Pannemann of Waukesha. He is further survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Joseph and Marlene Brunner of Waukesha, his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Kathleen (Dennis) Arquette, John (Laurie) Brunner, Janet (Del) Stubbs, Linda (Jim) Janecke and Linda Brunner, along with nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Rosemary Lenhardt and his brother-in-law Joseph F. Brunner.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Joel Lanz and to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care for their kind and gentle care provided to Brad.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014 from 2:00PM until the time of the 7:00PM funeral Mass all held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 N. East Avenue, Waukesha. Father Bill Key and Father Mick Savio will preside. Cremation will follow the services and interment will be held at a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery in Waukesha. In lieu of flowers, memorials are greatly appreciated to the family.
