Anthony "Tony" V. Mikutis

Anthony "Tony" V. Mikutis, of Waukesha, died on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 79. He was born in Chicago, IL on October 2, 1936 the son of Anthony and Elizabeth (nee Stankus) Mikutis. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. On July 18, 1992 he married Judy Pat (nee Schneider) Urbaniak. Tony was known for being a highly skilled, self-employed, carpenter. Tony loved to build furniture for his family and loved to travel the world with his wife Judy Pat. He was well loved by all who knew him.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of almost 24 years, Judy Pat of Waukesha and his children, Michelle Baiamonte of St. Louis, MO, Kim Urbaniak of New Berlin and Tricia Urbaniak of West Allis. He was the proud Papa of Nicole (Christal) Caven, Kellie (Jason) Johnson, Dan Caven, Chiara (Daniel) Baiamonte Peterson, Gabriella Baiamonte and Samuele Vincenzo Baiamonte and Great-Papa to Emmanuel, Brody, Aedan, Penny and Conor. He is further survived by his sister Elizabeth Freund, sister-in-law Linda Smith, brothers-in-law Tom (Emmy) Schneider, Bill (Anne) Schneider and Dave Schneider, special friend Arlene (the late Jim) Kowalczyk and lifelong friend Al (Joanne) Schlaus along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Mon., June 20th from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188 followed by the funeral Mass at 12:00 noon with lunch to follow. Father Curt Frederick will preside. Full military honors will follow the Mass. Private interment will be at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin at a later date.
