Ann Marlene Burda (nee Tessmann) of Waukesha, passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2017, at the age of 70. Born on May 16, 1947, in Waukesha. She was the daughter of Cora (nee McGrew) Tessmann and the late Willard Tessmann.
She is survived and will be deeply missed by her husband Marty, mother Cora, children, Michael (Beth), Jennifer (Jason), Jon, and her sister Judy (Don). Ann was loved and will be forever remembered by her two grandchildren, Jacob and Mikalya.
The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude for the gentle care provided by Dr. Vijayapal, the nurses and doctors at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, The Rehab Hospital of Wisconsin and Seasons Hospice.
A celebration of Ann’s life will be held on Saturday, July 8th from 1:00 until 4:00pm at The Thunder Bay Grille N14 W24130 Tower Place Pewaukee, WI 53072. Private burial will be held at Prairie Home Cemetery, Waukesha.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Ann’s name to the Food Pantry of Waukesha County or The United Performing Arts Fund (UPAF).
