Alfredo Dejesus

Alfredo R. DeJesus, of Waukesha, died Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 88. He was born on May 11, 1923, in Puerto Rico, the son of Naencoo and Ribeia (nee Molina) DeJesus. He had worked for International Harvester from 1950 until his retirement in 1980. He has been a lifelong member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. “Our loving uncle who was like a father to us, we will always hold your memory in our hearts. We miss you.” He is survived by his sister Carmen L. Rodriguez of Waukesha; nieces and nephews Maria C. (Roberto) DelValle of Milwaukee, Felix Rodriguez of Waukesha, Lucy Santiago of Milwaukee, Raymond Rodriguez of Waukesha, Victor Rodriguez of Waukesha, Lydia Casso of Appleton, Carmen E. (Dan Springsteen) Rodriguez of Waukesha and Gladys (Rob) Wagner of Oconomowoc; great nieces and nephews Nereida E. Rosado- Vacques,n S. Rosado, Kenneth D. Springsteen, Alicia M. Rodriguez, Isabel M. Rios, Jose T. Rios, David J. Rios, Yvette C. Rios, Betsy Maldonado, Lupe Santiago, Tina Santiago, Eric Santiago, Mary Jo Colon, Juan R. Colon, Christina M. DelValle, Amanda Johnson, Iris E. Casso, Idelia Casso, Ilene Casso, Mario Jimenez, Linda Rodriguez, Rolando Rodriguez and Phillip Rodriguez, great-great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, as well as his parents. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 5 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave. A vigil service will take place at 7:45 p.m. Services continue at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 6 with prayers beginning at 9:45 a.m. followed by the procession to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 822 N.
